Introduction

I do not accept insurance. Please keep this in mind before you reach out to me. Thumbtack charges me a fee to reply to you. Thank you :) I help people learn to take charge of their lives, remove obstacles and negative habits, and create healthy actions by developing self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional and physical intelligence. If you are looking to enhance your mental well-being, gain control over your mind, and navigate stress and anxiety, you want to be free from negative patterns, develop practical and healthy communication skills, better deal with conflict, create trust and healthy relationships, foster overall well-being, and boost productivity. You're looking for a guide who will show you a powerful tool to help you overcome panic attacks, fear, and depression. I'm the right person for you. I'm a certified Life Coach (CLC), Relationship Coach (CRC), and Mindfulness yoga teacher, as well as a certified Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) coach and teacher and Enneagram Professional Coach and teacher with over 25 years of experience. I have authored nine books on Mindfulness and Yoga. My recent book on Amazon is "Peaceful Mind, Awakened Life by Kessuda-Boonngamanong. I have also practiced nonviolent communication, voice dialogue, and positive psychology for a decade. This work is my passion, and I devote all my energy to helping my clients achieve their goals. I'm confident and grateful to have developed a unique skill and experience to help individuals and groups meet their needs. Here is one of the reflections from my clients: "Kessuda is an authentic and empathic teacher who provides unconditional positive regard. She has imbued me with confidence, which has promoted self-esteem and competency, leading to feelings of well-being." "Kessuda has loads of knowledge, but more importantly, she is genuinely empathetic and thoughtful." "Kessuda creates a safe and comfortable space for you to examine your heart, and she probes you with insightful questions to help you think differently. This safe space is designed to make you feel secure and at ease, fostering a conducive environment for growth. I cannot recommend her highly enough.” “Kessuda's methods and compassion were significant reasons for choosing her as a teacher. She uses her extensive knowledge. Our sessions were specifically developed to meet my needs. As many therapists/teachers understand, she attends to the student’s present conditions."

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
120/ hour for three first sessions. For continuing sessions after that, $100/ hour. For those who are willing to commit and make an effort to work for change but have limitations about the fee, I will be happy to work out a suitable fee that matches their needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I meet my clients where they are, starting with discovering their purpose and what they want to achieve. I introduce mindfulness practice immediately and use it in every session. We sit for a few to five minutes at the beginning of each session, which helps my customers become grounded, gain clarity, and find intention and goals. We pause to sit at other times as well, if necessary. - I fully listen and gently ask questions to explore their obstacles, inquire about their reality to gain clarity, guide them in exploring their values and needs, help overcome any blocks, and brainstorm strategies and action plans for achieving their goal. Depending on the client’s personality, preferences, and needs, I ask a power question. I use MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) or any of a wide variety of other tools and techniques to facilitate their discovery process. For instance, to cultivate self-awareness we may learn about the Enneagram, to develop emotional management skills we may practice mindfulness, and to practice better communication we may explore nonviolent communication techniques. At the end of each session, clients commit to doing some assignments that support their goals. Each client is unique. At all times, I let them set the pace and have a say in how they would like to proceed (but I will encourage and sometimes challenge their choices if that may offer an especially helpful path for them).

One of my clients came to me with a panic attack when he experienced strong anxiety. After only a few meeting sessions with me, he could handle better with the panic. He got the tools and developed his skills, and then a few months later, he could handle it on his own gratefully. I'm so happy and proud of him.
