What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

schedule the move according to the clients liking. confirming the night before the move. call 30 minutes before arriving to the premises. disassemble any bed frames or furniture that's needs to and reassemble before leaving the premises.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have always excelled in math, and it has always come handy in the moving industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was 19 years old and was offered a job at a moving company, and 6 years later I opened my own company.

I have worked with costumers throughout in multiple states and multiple situations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I moved a gentleman from Lakewood CA out of a one bedroom apartment, to a 2 bedroom apartment in Huntington Beach. it took approximately 5 hours.

don't fall for hidden fees, make sure you read the contract thoroughly.
