What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

One of the greatest things about you pricing is NO extra fees or hidden charges. We are really clear about our pricing and tell customers in advance what will be their hourly rates and what charges they may see.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to gather as much as information as possible to provide our customer the best price quote possible without any surprises in the end. Also, we are making sure our customers understand all the charges. In our company, our price policies are made to be clear and easy ( we call it " no stress policy " )

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We require passing the drug test and background check before getting a position in our company. Then every new mover has to complete 10 days of training inside our warehouse and then pass the final exam. After its all done the mover is completely ready to go inside your house but to make sure you have the best experience we always send experienced movers with our new movers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We all know that moving is hard, that's why we came up with the idea to make peoples life a little bit easier and do their moves. Easy and stress-free

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are moving over 30 people a day and we ready for any type of customers and at the end of the day, our goal is to satisfy each of them!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most of our moves take from 3 to 4 hours but for us, there are no jobs too big or too small. We do them all!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you check your movers license on Public Utilities Commision website. In order to receive the license, we have to have all the required insurances and permits.

We are here to help and its okay to ask questions. Make sure you understand how the payment works and if there any extra charges.
