What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we charge based on size make or model and miles between pick up and drop off

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will advise how much space is needed to play billiards. Normally the customer will have an idea where they want to have their billiards table set up. I always recommend 5 feet off the wall because 57" is the normal size pool stick.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

have over 16 years experience in selling, installing, and maintenance of Billiard tables. Modern to antique pool tables

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love working on pool tables i grew up working in my dads shop making Billiard tables and i seen my dad and grandfather have a passion for this and he made me feel it as well so i always was at every install move and re felting since i was 9 years old and till this day

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Average time for a job is roughly 45 min for disassembly. Depending on what needs done to your table if you want new felt or not anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours for complete installation.

Look for somebody that does this full time will recommend. Quality is always the most important thing to look for. Good work ain't cheap, cheap work ain't good. cheapest job may sound great right now but after a few days if the table is no longer level you would have hire us to repair it for you. we do it right the first time...
