What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At ProMen LLC, our pricing is determined by the type of service you need. We offer both hourly and fixed rates depending on the size and complexity of your move.
Our rates are as follows:
2 movers and a truck: $95 per hour (cash) / $105 per hour (card)
3 movers and a truck: $135 per hour (cash) / $145 per hour (card)
4 movers and a truck: $175 per hour (cash) / $185 per hour (card)
There is a $40 service fee. We also apply a Double Driving Time fee as per CPUC regulations.
For every additional mover, it’s an extra $40 per hour added to the previous rate. The clock starts when our movers arrive and stops at your final destination. There is a minimum charge of 3 hours, with prorated billing every 15 minutes thereafter.
Our hourly rate includes a fully equipped truck, dollies, plastic wrap, tape, moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, speed packs, and furniture disassembly/assembly services to ensure your move is smooth and efficient.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At ProMen LLC, our process for working with new customers is designed to ensure we provide tailored solutions for every move. First, we gather all the essential details about your upcoming move, including:
- Preferred date and arrival time
- Number of movers required
- Type of residence—house, apartment, condo, townhouse, etc.
- Number of bedrooms
- Whether packing services are needed
- Travel distance
- Any items over 250 lbs that may be considered extra heavy
Once we have this information, we recommend the ideal number of movers to suit your needs and provide you with a rough estimate of the total cost. This ensures that you receive a customized moving solution that fits your unique situation, whether it’s a small apartment or a large home.

At ProMen LLC, we believe that the best training comes through hands-on experience. With each move, we refine our processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. We follow the Kaizen methodology, which focuses on continuous improvement. By moving customers daily, we observe the small details that can be optimized to make each move smoother, quicker, and more reliable. These ongoing adjustments help us develop new approaches that elevate our service quality, ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey in the moving industry began when I worked as a mover, particularly as a foreman-driver, for several different companies. Throughout my experience, I closely analyzed the unique approaches of each business, noticing both their strengths and areas for improvement. It became clear to me that I could create something special by bringing together the best practices I had observed, and shaping them into my own vision of what high-quality moving services should be.
What truly motivated me was the joy of seeing satisfied customers after delivering exceptional service. This inspired me to start my own company, ProMen LLC, where I could focus on customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of the moving process.

We’ve helped seniors, veterans, families, and individuals with their unique moving needs, tailoring our services to ensure a smooth experience for all. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our recent projects involved moving a very large 6-bedroom house. The move spanned two days and required a team of five men and two trucks. On the first day, our crew carefully packed all the loose items into boxes, ensuring everything was secure. The next day, we transported the customer’s belongings from Rancho Santa Fe to Temecula. We are proud to say that nothing was damaged or scratched during the entire process, and the customers were extremely happy with our work. It’s projects like these that remind us of the value of our meticulous approach.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a moving provider, it's important to consider all your options within your budget, but never compromise on quality for the sake of a lower price. Opting for the cheapest service may seem like a good deal upfront, but poor-quality service can lead to costly issues such as broken furniture, damaged walls, and other unexpected expenses. Trying to save a few hundred dollars might end up costing you more in repairs and replacements. Always prioritize a company with a solid reputation and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to avoid these potential problems.
