What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Gather as much information as possible. Understand the job that needs to be completed, the day , the time , the tools and understand the customers needs After everything is said then quoting them on a price, and ensuring they get the best service we can provide

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over five years of experience in the delivery business, I started working for a company but decided to venture out on my own as an independent contractor. I’m very knowledgeable in my field and I take a lot of pride in giving anyone the best experience possible for a job they need to have completed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Everything started with a cargo van delivering small one hand items and then I noticed how much empty space I had and the demand to move items across town

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with any customer, I have a lot of clientele who are vendors or small business owners who need an independent delivery driver. Others vary but anyone who needs a delivery. Studios One bedroom

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please limit yourself to contact two of them Thumbtack is not free !! We pay everytime we get a customer regardless if we get the job or not

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We get charged the moment you (the customer) messages us and we reply We get charge once we make contact with customer regardless if the job gets done and customer decides to go with someone else The distance to be traveled, any delicate circumstances or precautions to be taken, for deliveries it’s important to include anything else such as stairs a, second floor, heavy items , etc
