What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When you bundle multiple services we offer discounts such as packing and moving as well as combining a specialty service with with your full service move. We only charge fees and have requirements on crew sizes are for special services such as hoisting and moving extreme weight items such as safes, pianos, pool tables, statues and commercial grade equipment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know what a person needs so we can meet and exceed their expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 20 years of experience of moving households and commercial locations with proficiency in specialty items and services (Hoisting, crating, safes pianos, statues & commercial grade equipment.)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Moved about 10 times by the time I got to high-school. As a teen I got a job working for a moving company during the summer, which turned into over 20 years in the industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

As well as real estate agents, staging & procurement services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Custom 12ft table hoisted through a 2nd store balcony on the beach which required a crane operator and building planners. The project took a few weeks to plan out but less than a few hours to execute.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find out whats included with their services, what fees are charged and how this company is going to solve your problem and not cause one. Price is only half the search.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When choosing the right product, as with moving services you have 3 options but you can only choose 2: GOOD/CHEAP/FAST. Good and Cheap: NOT FAST (SLOW) Good and FAST: NOT CHEAP (EXPENSIVE) Cheap and FAST: NOT GOOD (LOW QUALITY) Its almost impossible the 3 will ever meet.
