What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our standard rate is $160/hr for 2 men and fully equipped truck with a $45 truck/fuel fee. We typically have a 2hr minimum. However, no job is too small or too big.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It is best to have a fully inventory list of belongings so we can give a more accurate estimate of cost,

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Established in 2005. We have committed ourselves to making your relocation as exciting, and stress-free as possible. We have a reputation for being strong and resourceful - with a cheerful can-do attitude! We set ourselves apart from the competition by not only offering a wide selection of Packing, Crating and Wrapping Services and Short or Long Term Storage services, but by offering competitive prices with a high level of experience and expertise.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

100% Australian. Moved to USA in 1995-1996 to attend college at SBCC. Played a little football and working with moving companies. Then went on to Oregon State University. Played a little football and received a BS in Exercise and Sports Science. Played a little more football then founded Aussie Moving in Santa Barbara.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We perform hundreds of moves per year from a wide variety backgrounds. We receive several referrals from customers, realtors and storage facilities. Our motto is: "once a customer always a customer."

We focus on one customer at a time – YOU.
