After the 3-hour minimum is reached, you will be billed in 15-minute increments. We have the same rates with or without a truck ! RedLine Moving is a fully licensed and insured Moving Company. For us Your satisfaction is our priority! We focus on providing a high-quality service with low cost, personalized service, competitive rates and customer satisfaction. Our philosophy is take care of our customers and our goal is ALWAYS to put people first and market share last. We have all necessary equipment, like wheeler dollies, blankets, speed packs, wheeled carts, carpet and hardwood floors protection.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For local moves we apply an hourly rate. The rate may vary depending on the day and on/off-peak season period. We have a 3 hour minimum requirement. We do not charge you for the time required to drive to your pick-up or to drive back to our parking from your drop-off location. However, if the distance between your pick-up and drop-off locations is more than 10 miles, "double drive time" will be applied to your move. So, for example, if it takes us 30 minutes to drive from your pick-up to drop off location, 30 additional minutes will be added to your final invoice. This procedure is regulated by the public utility commission of California for all licensed and insured moving companies. For items over 200lb extra heavy fees might be applied.

-Discussing all details about your move and offering the best rate - Email confirmation with all details - Confirmation your move a day ahead - Arriving on time , contract signing , starting the job - Preparing furniture, disassembly of furniture, packing small items into boxes - Loading/unloading - Reassembly of furniture - Put the furniture at the customer desired place - Smile to customer and wish the best time in a new home☺️

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talking with a potential moving company you wanted to hire , make sure you get all info about charges and extra fees. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions even if you think they are obvious or naive. Also make sure you get an email confirmation with all details ! Please read it carefully. It helps you to avoid any unknown extra fees!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please provide all details about your move as much as you can. It helps us to be better prepared for the moving day. Don’t hesitate to ask for helping with packing your personal and any small items , as well as kitchen supplies. But please let us know about in advance, that we can bring all necessary supplies like boxes, packing paper, etc. If you think you need floor protections for your current or a new home, please let us know a day ahead.
