What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ask their info and details first, then give them rate. Next, when the customer ready to book from us, I will need them both address and self info. After I send the confirmation, it’s all set!

I take HouseHold training and get license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I find most of my friends move almost once a year, the people really need the professional and nice service.

Ask if they have any hide fee, also know how many hrs for minimum

How many hrs minimum? Is there any truck fee or gas fee? Hide fee? For now, safety! If the movers will wear mask!
