What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are honest with our customers, and we make a human connection rather than just treating the move like a job. Our steps - provide an estimation - send a confirmation letter - call one day prior to confirm the move and crew - arrive on time - start the time exactly when the crew start to work, not when they come - Wrap the furniture with blankets, shrink wrap, etc. - Packing - Unpacking in a new place (if a customer asks for) - Help to put every furniture into the right place - Finish the move

Our crew has at least 2-3 years of experience in moving services. They are quick, smart, loyal, and responsible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Before starting this business I have been working as a mover for almost 3 years. I acknowledged a huge experience in all type of move. There were 8 stairs up with a huge couch, 18 hours of the straight work, moving the couch through the balcony, and etc. I heard a lot from my customers advising me to start my own business at the end of every move. Eventually, I launched my moving business, and I will do anything possible to make our customers happy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, our crew of 4 helped to move a 4 bedroom house. We divided it into two days: packing and actual moving. Overall, we spent 6 hours packing on the first day and 11 hours moving on the second day. Nothing was damaged and we met the customer's expectations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

- make they are licensed and insured - look their recent reviews (the average might be high but recent reviews are bad, they might change their policy, crew) - look their response time (quick is the best) - ask for details ( hidden fees, gas fee, driving time, overtime, etc.) - provide as many information about your project as you can (it helps moving company to better plan the move)
