What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I get in contact with my new customers by trying to talk to them about there project either over the phone or go visit the work site in person, I really try to get involved with the move or furniture installation with the customer so they know we are here to help with anything and have everything under control.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to business school at saddle back, and my father has provided me with tons of experience in the field of moving services and office furniture, I have worked in these fields my entire life and have tons of experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been doing moving services and office furniture since I was a kid, my dad owns the same type of company I do and he has been in business for over 30 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with huge corporations, small business, home owners, and pretty much all of the above with people from all over California.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I moved three entire offices from Glendora , Costa Mesa , and Irvine into one big office in Irvin. It took 4 and a half days and even moved cubicle systems for the company. We weee given 7 days to do it and beat are deadline and left the customer really happy

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are getting the best bang for your buck with the moving company you choose, most moving companies have guys who just stand around , so definitely consider the type of workers they have and how hard they work. The quality of work my guys and I provide is the reason I always have retuning customers and have never left a customer unsatisfied with there move.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For moving they should definitely think about how much things they have because most people always have more things than they think they have, definitely consider that because it contributes to the time it takes to finish a move.
