What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’am flexible when it comes to pricing. Average cost per room/section of a house clean will start at around $40 per. without the addition of any add-ons. That is also stated as a standard clean. I do offer discounts on recurring customers and there is a pet fee that I charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Confirming with a date, time and address. Walking through the placement to get a feel and sense of what and where needs to be attended to. Communication is vital, even if you’re not interested I would appreciate it if you let me know so i’m able to adjust accordingly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked in the restaurant industry as a General Manager for about 7-8 years. I’ve also worked retail as a supervisor, so attention to detail has always been my strong suit and knowing what needs to be done and how to do it.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to work for myself as being a manager for so long. My friend recommended me and I just started to take off, i’am an entrepreneur as i’am fond of many things as I look to expand my skill set.

Every single project i’ve worked on, Average time I complete a project would be between 2 and half hours to 3 hours max. This is also depending on how much work, the type of work and what is needed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your gut, whatever is more convenient and more comfortable for you. Prices can be steep but if the works speaks for itself, no complaints in that department.
