What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers should know that I charge both hourly rates and flat rates depending on the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process starts with introducing the company. Then I tell them a little bit about my company and what we provide. After I ask a few routine questions about the details of the job, then I ask about the budget they have to work with so I can work with them on the price. All prices are negotiable. I work with the customer as much as I can to make sure they are comfortable with the price as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

On the job experience is the only education or training I have that relate to my work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got into the moving work, I was recommended to work for a moving company at 18 years old. The companies name is Allied Atlas Transfer and Storage.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. Nice ones and not so nice ones. I always make sure the Customer is %100 satisfied before leaving the job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It would be the job I got from Thumbtack. It took 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for the providers with the highest consistency of 5 star ratings. This will let you know the company cares about the work they do.

I believe that customers should think about before talking to professionals is details about the job description, so that way everyone including the workers know what is going on.
