What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we keep our billing very simple unlike most other companies, for local work we charge a hourly rate + materials as simple as that! we also can offer cash discounts to avoid high credit card transaction fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

once we start talking we will figure out details about your move (from where to where) ask simple questions how many bedrooms, any oversized items that would require extra attention or movers etc. after that we would figure out moving dates and then hopefully start working with you!

What types of customers have you worked with?

we have worked with pretty much every type of customer, from people who would just like to have help loading their truck to customers who want us to pack their whole house into boxes and load our trucks and move them, and everything in between, no matter what there is some way we can help make your move as stress free as possible!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

a recent project that sticks out would have to be the 5 bedroom house with packing, 2 big trucks and bring it down to Virginia, that job took 4 days to complete and arrive back home!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

just ask questions and if something feels off or sets off any red flags you should either find someone else or clarify and be specific with questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

there are a few things to think about, you want to have a realistic time expectation about your move, keep in mind things like stairs, elevators, long walks, very tight doorways with large items can make any move more time consuming because we have to be more cautious. also be as specific as you can about the items you need moved when we are going to ask you questions.
