What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm very competitive but I only move pianos. On occasion I'll move a piece of furniture along with the piano if the customer needs a hand.

Mostly people who are smart enough to know their limitations. It's a very heavy instrument in a compact frame. It can be very dangerous without the right equipment .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Moving pianos for new music students . Their always so excited.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never hire a furniture mover to move your piano.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Try not to move to a second floor unless it's a long term commitment. It's more costly and requires a bit more time to plan.
