We are the only fully licensed and insured, local, family owned moving company who have their own trucks in Volusia County. We encourage you to do your research, and you will find that the other companies in Daytona Beach are either brokers who sell your job to anyone, not licensed movers, have no liability insurance or just some guys using rental trucks. Please becareful. We are a small family company who believes that our customers' satisfaction is our only way to be successful! We are a family-owned and operated company with an emphasis on ethics like courtesy and respect. We move families, memories, cherished moments and homes. We also move companies, dreams, opportunity and offices. We pack, load, transport, unload and unpack per your request. We offer labor only services for packing, loading & unloading your pods or personal truck. Your Satisfaction is our Success! All Hourly Rates Include Entire Truck, 2 - men crew, all quilt padding services, shrink wrapping services & disassembly/assembly services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge by an Hourly rate. For all jobs our hourly rate is based off the size of move & includes entire truck, the correct size crew, all padding, shrink wrapping & disassembly/assembly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a customer contacts us, we offer an free over the phone or in person estimate. Once that is complete we will email over an "Order For Service" with the job details and prices, attached to the email has all our insurance and license information. We believe that moving is a very personal service and you should know who will be touching and moving your stuff.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Besides the 19 years of experience I also have a degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. Moving Service is what I know at heart.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working for a moving company over the summer when I was 14 years old. I worked for multiple companies learning & exceeding for the following 15 years. In 2017 we decided to start our own moving company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are the Trusted Provider of Geri Westfall Realty Office for all moving services. We have worked with Flagler Beach realtor Carol Beck. We have worked with numerous condominiums as well as been contracted out for the Daytona Morgan and Morgan building. We have a variety of customers for household moves as well as office moves.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are very proud of the full service move we completed from the Hammock Beach in Palm coast to North Carolina. This move took 2 days and included packing & move out cleaning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look up all the companies your interested in online to verify information, insure the company is a registered bussiness in the community. Check out reviews on multiple sites.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If the company is licensed, has a clean DOT Number and all required insurance
