What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing Varies per Job, but we go by 15 min increments! Charge the lowest we can for Box Trucks and Supplies!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We ask quite a few questions! We want to make sure we come as equipped as possible to make your move easy and stress free! We work fast, so we want to make sure that everything goes according to plan!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a business management degree in college, plus have 400+ moves under my best from previous experience!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I owned a Furniture store where I would deliver items on a daily basis! That ended up transitioning into a Moving company when I figured out I enjoy helping people with any moves they require!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have helped people move items from all Scenarios! 1 item moves, Junk Removals, White Glove Installs, Realtors, and many more!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped a new couple that just was married move from their 2nd story apartment into their new Dream home! Came from two locations, their apartment plus a storage unit! We were able to help them complete everything plus reassemble all the beds in 5 hours!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are hiring someone with knowledge and muscle strength to handle any scenario! Angles are a must to know in this industry with all items!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your heaviest items that the movers need to know about and can they handle them. How long do they estimate taking. Approximately how many boxes. Anything that needs to be taken apart and reassembled. Easiest place to park a box truck it is needed. Freight Elevator if you are in a apartment complex.
