What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Once we have all the relevant information for a move, we will then offer an hourly rate. With regards to certain details or information about a move, we may offer the customer a flat-rate. No minimum and no hidden fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will start by asking the customer questions to gather as much information as possible concerning their move. Afterwards, we will offer the customer either an hourly rate or flat fee to accept the job. Once the customer accepts our offer, we will place the customer onto our schedule and ask them for the physical addresses of all the locations included in their move. We will then contact our customer the day prior to their move to conduct a final confirmation regarding their move. After that, the next time our customer will hear from us will be morning or evening of their move. We will provide a final courtesy call/text to our customer when we are no more than 30 minutes away from their location.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've obtain Bachelors degree in Business and worked for top logistic company (FedEx) for 10 years. My education and training has thought me how to master the art of offering great customer service as well as run a successful business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at FedEx as customer service agent and slowly worked  my way up to Operation Manager. I worked FedEx for 10 years and was responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure the safe and efficient sortation of packages through the facility, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality, including the movement, tracking and administration of trailers. My passion for entrepreneurship led me to start Grand Delivery LLC.
