What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When paying by debit or credit card, their is a 3.5 percent processing fees this is a charge from the merchant that process the payment

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We collect general information about the items that we will need to move such as how many bedrooms, will their be any obstacles like stairs long walks , elevators or anything to stretch out the timeframe

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 30 years of experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was helper 20 years or so a go and I liked moving so I stuck with it !

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Moving assisted Living . These moves usually take 2 hours or less and are very quick efficient and the shippers are very satisfied!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you’re as organized as possible! This will save time and misunderstandings. Be honest about what you’re moving , if you verbally minimize what’s being moved most movers will add to your bill at the end of the move .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure your mover doesn’t have hidden fees like fuel sure charges or travel fees
