What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a variety of prices depending on your needs. Our usual estimate of $99.00 a hour, includes shrink wrap, blankets, and and dissembly and assembly of your furniture and appliances. My long term, experienced moving crew is also included in the estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After confirming all of the necessary information, a quote is given to our potential new customer. If the terms are acceptable, a date and time for Lenny Van Go to do the move is setup. No deposit is required.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My crew and I understand that moving can be a very stressful experience. Our goal is to provide you with excellent, efficient moving services to make your move as pleasant as possible. We love what we do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everything from a senior citizen that just needed a washer and dryer stacked to high end jobs that included moving antique and designer furniture and valuable collector items. We have done it all.

We provide a great experience for all of our local moves. An average move can take anywhere from 3-5 hours.
