What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Providing excellent customer service is our #1 goal! Like our name says, we pride ourselves in making sure we exceed your expectations. We charge by the hour and our rates for 2 men are $100/ hour with a 2 hour minimum. We also have a truck fee starting at $75.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to start with a simple phone call. If it's a small move, we can give a quick estimate. If you have a larger move, we need a little more information. That is when we would ask for a list of what is being moved along with other important information such as elevators or stairs. To be COVID safe, pictures or facetime are extremely helpful. Of course we are always willing to give an in person free estimate as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a new company but don't think that means we don't know our work! We have been in the moving industry for over 20 years. We have learned the trade secrets to a successful move and also learned how to avoid the mistakes others have made. We have the passion and energy of a young company but have the knowledge and experience to do the job right!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started as a summer job just over 20 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers, from someone just needing a storage unit loaded to people with 5 bedrooms houses with lots of delicate items and antiques. We know how to handle your belongings with respect and care.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our favorite part of any job is seeing the smile on our customer's face and feeling the sense of peace they have knowing their belonging and property are all safe and undamaged.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As a moving company, we literally are moving your life. We would tell people to first and foremost make sure the company is licensed and insured. We are! We would also tell them to be weary of a price that is far below what others are charging. The damage to your belongings could far outweigh the money you saved on the move. We never cut corners so you can feel secure that all of your belongings are well taken care of.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The more information you can give to us, the more accurate quote we can give to you. When making a list of items to be moved, be sure to include all furniture, boxes and other areas such as garage items. In your list also include flights of stairs at the starting and destination address as well as long walks to the entrance or elevators that will be needed. With this information we can give you the most accurate quote.
