Our pricing is based on value, experience, and a high level of service that practically guarantees satisfaction

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We either do a phone, virtual or in-home survey, then itemize the inventory and coordinate the dates that fits both us and the customer. Make sure all of the services that are requested can be provided and after the move we follow up with the customer to make sure that they was completely satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training is not necessary unless you deal with the technical side which I have very professional and train people working in office but you do need quite a bit experience in order to give the quality of service that we provide.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to work for this company while a was back home from the military and opportunity came up to purchase the company.

We had a client that moved from Florida to California that required three days of packing because the customer had over $500,000 worth of collectibles.

Make sure that the company is licensed and insured. Check their online reputation and references. Have their own trucks and facility.
