What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We communicate in the application and then discuss all the details and then schedule a date to begin. We show up earlier than expected. We work fast and carefully until everything is packed and unloaded then we finalize the payment with our customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our movers have decades of experience. We will efficiently, quickly, and safely move your belongings and work together to make sure that your needs are taken care of.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner Brad has been helping friends and family move ever since he was a teenager. Our movers have great work ethic and customer service and decades of experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly single-family homes, but we work with any and all customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Hello, my name is Brad and I’m the owner of Next Door Movers. We helped a nice family in the beginning of December of this year move a three-bedroom townhouse to a five bedroom home from Lutz to to Land O Lakes. Everything was moved with no issues whatsoever and it took 6 hours. The customer increased the tip because we did such a great job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that you’re happy with the communication and understanding of the entire situation so you can feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer can ask about any questions they want, this will allow them to understand how the mindset of the company works.
