Our 50+ staff are all background-checked and are certified after training. HOW WE PRICE: We price different from your average moving company. We charge HOURLY with NO ADDITIONAL/HIDDEN FEES. Every move comes with COMPLIMENTARY assembly/disassembly… we DO NOT charge for stairs… and we DO NOT charge for travel/gas. FREE INSTANT ONLINE QUOTE: Aren’t you tired of waiting for companies to reach out to you about a quote? On our site, we have a generated algorithm that gives you an INSTANT ESTIMATED QUOTE. We know some customers do not have to urge to talk on the phone, so we have made moving 100x simpler. Unfortunately, we do not move oversized items such as sheds, hot tubs, vending machines, bathroom vanities, or oversized exercise equipment. We also are not a junk-removal company, so we are not able to haul away any items. All reservations have a time minimum and an hourly cost associated. There is a two hour and 30 minute (2.5) minimum for ALL moves. There is a 3 HOUR MINIMUM for ALL bookings on the weekend & also any locations 25+ miles from DOWNTOWN.

We price different from your average moving company. We charge HOURLY with NO ADDITIONAL/HIDDEN FEES. Every move comes with COMPLIMENTARY assembly/disassembly… we DO NOT charge for stairs… and we DO NOT charge for travel/gas.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We give our customers the option to talk on the phone with one of our representatives, or they can book online on our modern-day site. We have employees to monitor our website 24/7 because responsiveness is very important to us. After our customers book, they receive a confirmation e-mail confirming all the details of their order. Every move we conduct has a team captain that reaches our to ensure that the team comes fully prepared on move day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

80% of our employees have the moving experience of at least two years. Our services are guaranteed perfection, because there is nothing our team has not encountered yet. We do except new movers on our platform, but they have to undergo a training to certify before they start.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

LIOO Moving originated at Georgia State University. The company started off helping freshman move in, and eventually migrated to many other campuses in GA. The staff became experienced in the moving field, and upgraded to moving locals in to homes/apartments. LIOO Moving is now one of the top moving companies and GA, and also have franchises in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Nashville, and Houston.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project our company has done was move a vinyl company from a basement to an industrial warehouse. It was a fun experience for the customer and also the crew assigned to the job. The movers knocked the move out in one day resulting in the customer being able to open up shop the next day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always tell customers that we are the best company in their area, because we provide more bang for their buck. In another words, we do not charge for services that other companies will charge for!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should ask clearly on what our hourly rate includes. All of our full-service moves provides an all inclusive packages of complimentary assembly/assembly, no charge for travel/gas, no charge for stairs, and no charge for multiple locations/extra stops.
