What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Currently, we don't have any discounts, but we will always work with you on pricing! If our quote is too high or too low after further assessment of the project, we will consult with the customer using full transparency.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we have reviewed the job request, a bid and availability will be sent out. Customers are able to continue to communicate via the application, or they are able to call us directly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A combined five years of experience moving and lifting of heavy furniture. All partners have been in hospitality and customer service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We moved around a lot as kids and early adulthood and it's kind of just stuck! We thought of it as a way to get a workout in as well!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have and will work with anyone and everyone!! We accept all customers and love to brighten their day.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We took down a wooden gazebo and trashed it. The sledgehammer came out and it was "Hulk Smash" time.
