What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer several discounts starting with student/ teacher, senior citizens, military and first responders.... Paying in cash saves you 3% also!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will ask what service you need, what city your in, if you have any stairs and pictures of what you need done. Then we are usually ready to quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in the industry for a number of years both running the office and preforming the jobs on site.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to run a junk removal company that closed their doors. There was such a need for this service to continue, I started my own company!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. We do not discriminate for any reason. We're happy to serve residents and commercial parties alike.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We appreciate all our customers. Recently, we did a haul away where we were able to rescue 2 plants from a home that were nearly dead and brought them back to life!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire a company who has insurance. Do not let someone in your home uninsured!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What all do I need done? What is my budget? When am I hoping to have this completed by?
