What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually introduce ourselves, ask where the items being delivered need to be delivered, as well as any additional details we may need to know, then confirm the date and time of delivery.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started with furniture delivery when I was in college and needed a part-time job. I started working for a local furniture store, doing deliveries on the weekends. I quickly realized that I enjoyed the work and was good at it, so I continued doing it after I graduated. Eventually, I decided to start my own furniture delivery business, and it's been a great decision. I love being able to help people get their furniture safely and efficiently.

We’ve worked with people from all walks of life all around the greater STL area

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a family move into their new home. They had a lot of fragile items, so we took extra care to make sure everything was packed securely. It took about 6 hours to pack everything up and load it into the truck, and another 4 hours to unload and unpack everything. It was a long day, but seeing the family's happy faces when they walked into their new home made it all worth it.
