What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For every job deposits are non-refundable! Junk Removal jobs starts at $150 and goes up depending on the load. Local Moving under 50 miles is $125hr with a minimum of 4 hours. Anything over 50 miles we charge $1.50per mile.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by viewing any pictures of the job that is being requested. We send out a quote and iif the customer wants to continue, we ask that they respond with all contact information. Once the deposit is made and agreement form is disigned we are good to go.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been training under professionals before I decided to start my business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have started this type of work by helping friends and family.

I have worked with different customers from all over the state of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were hired to junk an entire house and it took approximately 8 to 20 hours. It depends on the square ft of the house, Apt, condo. etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advice customers to be specific about the job details. Provide pictures of all junk and be more respectful of the pro prices and guidelines.
