What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact ask our costumers to complete a moving survey created by us so they can receive the best estimate for our services. After that they receive a email quote where can can choose to accept or decline our services from the quote itself, when booked movers protect everything as if it were their belongings, while still being very efficient. Movers are hard workers and don't stop until the job is done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Took a business course when I was in college, and my father put me to work in moving trucks since the age of 17,giving me knowledge on how things are taken care of so I can explained to worried customers on their stressful day. Knowing things like how antiques are properly packaged as well how to maneuver any expensive piece that has weight to it. Moving is not easy but we make it look easy.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this type of work when I was 17 I worked for one of the best moving company in Chicago and liked helping people in the process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of people, as long as you need something moved we show us and help you to the best of our ability, we have moved athletes to regular town folk, moving is our thing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We moved Celtics player Jabari parker and it was a pleasure to move someone who represented and keeps on representing ,Chicago .The move took 3 days. Two Packing and one of unloading at multiple locations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers should trust the process and keep communication with us constant during quote so we have a smooth ride all the way until you are moved into your new spot.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Costumers should look at their new living location and have a plan for furniture, so movers can place items where they want them while keeping workflow constant.
