I've attended moving courses, I've worked in the. moving industry on both ends for several years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I initially started moving and delivery as adjunct to moving company I was managing for years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I handle a multitude of customers ranging from residential and commercial clients. We assist by commercial delivery,garage/beautification, domestic extractions, and special contracts with long care facilities throughout the region.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Cash on Delivery recently relocated a family from Saint Albans WV to the Edgewood area in Charleston WV. It took 10 hours and the customers were impressed with our efficiency.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Being an informed customer allows you to negotiate from the best advantage point. Do your due diligence and be prepared with your questions and concerns. So they can be addressed in a timely manner.
