What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we start with a Phone consultation. I recommend sending any pics or videos you have of the space I will be working in. That allows me to create an action plan and get to work. I will discuss everything I’m doing and keep you in the loop from beginning to end.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, I am a National Certified Counselor, a certification as a Hoarding Help Specialist, & a Certificate in Professional Organizing from the Professional Organizer Club! I have continuously worked with military families for the last 15 years helping with packing, unpacking, and organizing tasks on as needed basis while working with exceptional family members for respite care needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Organization is my passion. It makes me feel calm and less overwhelmed. If I can provide the same for someone else struggling with a vision... it is all worth it.

Any & All! We work with all types of clients from Busy moms, busy professionals, the elderly, the Disorganized, college students, people living with disabilities, wheelchair users, and we provide full assistance to clients who are moving and/ or downsizing! Anyone can be an Organizing client!

I enjoy all the projects I am tasked with because I am able to cater to the client's need while also adding my knowledge and creativity to make their wishes come true.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone who cares, Who is going to listen to your needs and wants. You get what you pay for. Hire based on personality and professionalism. You want to be able to trust your organizer and have a warm, friendly vibe with them. This work is transformational and incredibly intimate. We are in high demand and our schedule fills up 3-7 days in advance so make sure to reserve your appointment time ASAP! Thank you!
