What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Joppa Junk Removal and Cleanout Service can provide an estimate over the phone with you, pictures and/or video help the accuracy of the estimate. The best estimate comes from an in-home visit. We do offer discounts for repeat customers and customer referrals. Senior and Veteran discounts are also available.

Our team has 10+ years in the moving, junk removal & cleanout services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential, commercial, property managers, realtors, moving companies and construction companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

On the residential side, we helped a woman who had moved from a large home to a smaller condo. We helped her organize her basement and shed, keeping the items she wanted, the way she wanted them and the items she didn't we donated some to charity and the rest to landfill. The job in total took 3 hours. On the commercial side, we helped someone move restaurant equipment from their restaurant to storage and landfill. We also did a comprehensive cleanout of the outdoor property surrounding the restaurant. The job in total took 5.5 hours.

Have a clear understand of what you want to keep, donate and go to landfill. This helps the job stay price effective and efficient for you!
