What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The longer you set and pay for your Traning the more you save. PAYMENT OPTION $50 for an individual section. If you bring a partner to workout with you, you both save $5. It will be $45 each person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I will like a consultation with my client where we can identify purpose of work. Look at does and don't, take a very good look at health pass and current injuries, payment plans, Set a goal where we have a common understanding than go.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified personal trainer by the ISSA. I also I'm a current professional boxer that train at least two time a day. So I have a complete understanding of what it takes nutritional and athletic to achieve

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Training is what I've been doing all my life. In school or as a professional. My life feels incomplete not being involved in athletics.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I Have worked with athletes / precessional athletes that's currently competing, people that want to compete in different sports, regular citizens looking to lose weight and get fit, citizens looking to reduce health problems, woman/men learning self defense etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Developing workouts and meal plans for my current project THE RING OF PEACE for over ten years this program have helped 13 athletes achieve their goals of playing college sport. And we are still at work to bring more smile to people especially the youth.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say hire a well knowledge individual that will understand your goals and a person that cares about your improvement and you achieving your set goals
