What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer hourly rates as well as a fixed total cost Hourly Rates starts at: 2 movers and 1 truck - $109/hr 3 movers and 1 truck - $139/hr 4 movers and 1 truck - $169/hr Tools, Moving blankets used to protect your furniture, Dollies, Taxes, Mileage, Tolls, Gas, Basic Insurance are all included in these rates. Time starts when our moving team arrives to the loading place and ends when they finish unloading the truck. To this labor time a fixed travel time will be added. The travel time is calculated and given in advance with each quote. It needed to get from our base to your starting location and from your destination place and back to our base. There is only 2 hour + travel time minimum requirement for a job. Total time is roundup by 15 minute so you don't pay a full extra hour if your move takes just 10 min more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We made scheduling process very simple for new customers. After calling or messaging you will be provided a general estimate and if you like it you will be asked to fill out our Moving Quote Form located on our website. After submitting the form you will get a detailed estimate which you can simply confirm by replying. Done! your move will be scheduled and you will get a confirmation letter. No cancellation fees and only for some peak dates we require a deposit to secure your spot.
