What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do have standard pricing depending on the move and distance. Our pricing below general market but the service above. Our reviews and awards speak for itself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once the customer agrees to work with us, we give a call to the customer or stop by the house to asses the relocation and give us most complete picture. It does help us to determine the size of the truck, number of crew and packing supplies. During that process we always give the customer precise cost of the relocation unlike most moving companies, we do not like surprise our customers, but we are service-)))

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our drivers and foremen have excellent driving skills with CDL credentials. We do have expertise in packing numerous items from regular household to electronics, pianos or high end pieces. On top numerous our employees have certificates in general contracting and office relocation. Our employees get one month vigorous training before we throw them on full scale moving.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was offered to run a moving company couple of years ago, after three month I took over the fleet of the company tripled and profits quadrupled in four months. The rest you know-))) the light bulb went up over the head and the rest is a history

Our customers are wide range and unique; military personnel, doctors, lawyers, soccer moms, students, engineers, regular folks, politicians and businesses

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last big move we did in a record in 5.5 hours entire full house. The Tirmizi Family was shocked and pleasantly surprised with the price adjustment.

What is your minimum charge? What does your rate include? What is your fuel charge? Do you charge for blankets and padding? Will you be able to give me exact price now? Do you have any other fees besides what is listed? Are you bonded and insured? Do you have any references?
