What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a 3 hour minimum policy, including travel time. Our regular rates are: - $119 per hour for two movers and a truck - $149 per hour for three movers and a truck - $179 dollars for four movers and a truck We provide free moving blankets for all moving jobs. However, we do not provide free packing tape to secure our pads around the furniture. It is up to you to decide if you want to use our tape or to purchase your own.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we get a lead, we estimate all details of the move and give a quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

There is no a special education to render a moving service. But there is an experience, which all our movers have and would like to perform it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last project we were fond of was an antique wardrobe moving, where we had to get it well protected and then there was a challenge to take it down stairs due to its weight and dimensions. We love overcoming challenges!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Making a decision to hire a moving company make sure that you weighed all compounds like the prices, the quality and the reliability.

The question should be "Can I provide all details about my move to get more accurate estimated quote".
