TRC is a local outdoor service company that specializes in restoring your home or business! We offer services such as: pressure washing, outdoor painting, gutter cleaning, junk removal, leaf removal, window cleaning, and more! The owner (Cohen) started the business in July of 2022, which started out just as a dream of a 16 year old. And he now has scaled the business exponentially due to our great customer interactions and our high satisfaction rate! We also have a very competitive price that is affordable for everyone!

Our pricing is competitive and based on the scope of work, property size, and level of service required. We offer free estimates and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat customers.

We start with a consultation, either in person or over the phone to understand the customer’s needs. Then, we provide a free estimate and discuss the best approach to complete the job efficiently. Once scheduled, we ensure clear communication, arrive on time, and deliver high-quality results.

I have hands-on experience and training in outdoor maintenance, along with expertise in pressure washing, exterior painting, gutter cleaning, and more. I stay updated on industry best practices and use professional-grade equipment to ensure top-quality service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always enjoyed working outdoors and taking on hands-on projects. I started by helping friends and neighbors with their outdoor maintenance needs, which eventually grew into a full-time business focused on quality service and customer satisfaction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and business owners. Whether it’s a small residential job or a large commercial project, I ensure every customer gets professional and reliable service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I completed a full exterior refresh for a homeowner, including pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and painting. The project took two days, and the transformation was incredible—the house looked brand new! The customer was thrilled, and it was rewarding to see the difference our work made.
