What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our only fee is a truck fee of 200.00. We offer 5% off discount for paying the balance in cash, as well as having multiple services, and being a return customer customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We treat every opportunity as a new opportunity. We look forward to making this experience as pleasant and stress free as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed movers, and truck drivers. We have handymen specialist that are versed in many different aspects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

ASAP started when the owner decided to take his skills to the next level and apply then to a business of his own. We are arriving to be an all service company. Not just a great moving company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with both residential and commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our biggest projects was moving and entire 4 bedroom home, cross-state approx 2.5 hours away. We packed two trucks and everything made it there safely. The customer was ecstatic with the service she received.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a provider, it's important to make sure that they are going to meet your standards or expectations. Look at the reviews and make sure that they are holding a good reputation. Pricing will vary from company to company, but sometimes a slightly higher cost with a highly rated company will ensure the satisfaction you desire. It's worth the investment.

When preparing yourself for a move, you need to consider the amount of items you have and give all of the details that you have available. This helps prevent the estimates from being incorrect. Ask yourself, what is your budget? How much time do you have for the project? Do you want someone who is licensed? insured against damages? Has a good reputation? We think this is a good way to start the process.
