What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is as competitive as they come. We have no hidden fees and are able to accommodate any size move. H&H Moving Co. also offers certain discounts based on payment type and number of movers/trucks needed to execute the move.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, if time and customer allows, I like to come out and do a walk-through to get a better idea and understanding of the upcoming project. Not only does this help my team be better prepared for the move but also helps the customer understand our moving process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Working in the moving industry for nearly a decade with different companies, fulfilling different roles and duties has allowed me to see the moving process from all angles.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a hard working young man I decided to delve into the moving industry head-first soaking up the experience and learning lessons provided first-hand by being on hundreds (and now thousands) of moves.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of customer from all demographics across the country.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a local move, handling just the big items for an older couple moving into a condo. The weather was a challenge, as well as some of the items going into the basement, but the team was up to the task and our customers were ecstatic.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise any customer to look at the project as a whole. Are the quotes people are giving you realistic, and what does that actually include?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is expected from their potential moving company and how soon will they realistically be ready to move, as well as meeting their deadline to move.
