What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every client who uses our services again will receive a 9% discount for next time services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first arrive greet the client, grab our dolly’s, blankets, and furniture stretch wraps, go to their home and let the client explain exactly what type of their belongings needed moved if no pictures were sent or no walk ins of their previous home were not estimated, and start moving and loading all of the belongings to a 20-26 ft box truck or to a 6X12 enclosed trailer with a truck that has 6 ft of bed space in the back if we are providing a small move like a 1 bedroom apartment.

Complete Certification Of Sales Education and previous experiences with moving and transporting

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We had started doing moving and transporting work since last year. Before that we have previous experiences in moving multiple times in our lives ourselves and that’s when we had came up with the idea to launch our business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work and have worked with a lot of different types of backgrounds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a 4 bedroom 3 bath house move to a 4 bedroom 3 bath house move and managed to fit everything in their new home which had took 6 hours in total to do the whole move in one day. We did multiple 3 move jobs on the same day in the past with our most recent and best ones were the 1st one is we worked for 14 hours in one day and the 2nd is when we had worked and provided the services for our clients in 12 hours at the end all of our clients were very satisfied with the work that we have completed and saved our number for any future services that they will need.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First call the local business and verify with them what is their hourly rate and other additional charges like stairs and mileage distances explain exactly how many bedrooms are you needing to move including basement or any spare rooms in your home, most importantly ask and make sure that their are no surprise fees on the same day of your move when they arrive to your home. Majority corporate moving companies will do that but usually in todays time they will give you a full quote that is 50-75% more then what we charge for the actual value of our clients specific move.

What is your hourly rate, are their any additional charges, what is your best time that that you are available on the day that the move needs to happen, and how many men will be providing the work?
