Introduction

Fair prices for quality work. I go above and beyond for my customers no matter their budget. There are alot of contractors who are out just profits, not my company. No matter how small the task or how little the budget i will make it work! Getting to meet new people is the best part of the job, America is truly a melting pot.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Most projects/repairs that I complete are custom jobs, therefore, there isn't a standard pricing system I use.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Meeting with the customer and evaluating the project together is always the first step. It's important to gather all the information (including expected turnaround times, specific needs/wants and the required materials) so an accurate quote can be provided within 24 hours. Consistent contact and updates once the project has started is something I pride myself on and I'm always available for any questions or concerns he/she may have. Once the work is completed, I will review what has been done to ensure 100% satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been doing home improvement/maintenance for various contractors for over a decade, until 2015 when I decided to start my own company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started doing this work one tool at a time. I've always enjoyed the hands on approach and over a period of time my level and range of expertise grew and broadened. Through different contractors I learned different techniques and tactics to advance my skill set.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have a very diverse customer database with projects ranging from new fences to small home renovations and almost any "handyman" job within the residence.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The best advice I can give is to research the project and any potential professional that may be of interest. Verified reviews, references and pictures of completed work are a must before making contact to any professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
This honestly depends on what job or project needs to be completed.
