Just last night, I had a moving client (Greg) that was obviously stressed about their career move (Raleigh to Richmond) and he was anxious about making us work so late into the night, getting us back to Raleigh and our families well past midnight. This eased his mind tremendously. It took us an hour to get him unloaded. He was happy beyond words. I shook his hand, wished him well in his new endeavor and was home in bed a bit after midnight.
