What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fee includes our 20' moving truck and two men. If you require packing, you will need to provide the boxes and any other material required. If you need more people, they will be charged per person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We desire good communication with the client to ensure that the job is done according to the client's needs and expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

After 10 years of experience in the moving business, we have started our own moving company. As a new startup, we are especially interested in providing GREAT customer service and value because we want to build a client base of very satisfied and happy customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I learned the moving trading working in a well known moving company, but now I am excited about starting my own company to continue expanding on the experience I have gained over the years. As a new, personal company, I am very focused on every client and every job to provide my absolute best and gain trust and recommendations for future work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of clients whether large or small, residential or commercial. All are welcome.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had the pleasure of moving a family that was renting an apartment but had the opportunity to purchase their own three bedroom home. I enjoyed seeing their excitement on entering their own home. To move the apartment took about 4 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

All work that you can have ready before hand will save you money. If you have the opportunity to pack your items ahead of time, you can avoid that cost. If you have things ready to go, the movers will be able to be more efficient in getting things transferred. Feel free to make your requests and needs known so that we can better ensure that your needs are properly met.

When does your take place? How many items you will move? Do you need us to pack your items for you? Do you need us to unpack your items for you?
