What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on two different factors depending on the job. Moving and hourly labor jobs are charged at an hourly rate where as junk removal jobs are charged by weight as well as hours worked. Some items are more expensive to dispose of and cost additional. We offer a senior discount too! *note a fuel surcharge will be added to jobs outside the Reno Sparks area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we will either ask for photos or come out to give a quote on the cost for disposal of items. We then schedule a time for the work to be completed. For a moving job, we confirm your date and equipment needs and get your job booked for a time that works best for both parties.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a mover for 7 years and have done demolition for a number of projects as well. Over the past 2 years I have conducted over 100 moves and have done a number of junk removal jobs ranging from a few items to full home clean outs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a family we purchase homes to flip and in one instance our seller was in need of help with packing, moving and disposing of items. After getting quotes we found out how expensive it was for this service and made the decision to do it ourselves by offering the same services for a price that is more affordable while filling a gap in our area.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ensure that you are confident in the items you would like to dispose of as adding items can cost more due to disposal fees etc.
