I’m very flexible it’s pricing ., all feeling on customers needs ., discounts are given for recurring customers . In terms of payment I can take Venmo zelle cashap or cash .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our main goal is for the customer to be satisfied with our cleaning ., we work with the customers schedule ., communicate via text /email/phone on important details ( date., time .,pets., quotes ., etc) ., upon completions of cleaning we ask customer if they were satisfied or if we need to go over anything we might have overlooked . Once customer is satisfied we follow up for a second or recurring cleaning .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

More than 10 years in the commercial cleaning industry and recent 5 years on the home/apt cleanings.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in comercial cleaning and then expanded on my own to home cleaning .

Look for someone that is keen on detail., better results happen when a cleaner is focused on cleaning under the flower pot then around the flower pot .

Main question is the type of cleaning needed ., for example “ deep cleaning “ or “regular”., or if just a bathroom or kitchen ., knowing this will ease the quote and booking process .
