What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

2 men w/truck $130/hr 3 men w/truck $155/hr (10% off) 4 men w/truck $180/hr (10% off) 5 men w/truck $220/hr (10% off) **There's a 3.5-4 hour minimum for each service depending on location of the jobs. **Automatic 10% off for first time customers!! **Wrapping of furniture and disassembly/reassembly is included in your move as well as TV unmounting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set up a confirmation email for the customer which includes all the details of the move including contact, pricing, and any other applicable fees. There are no fees hidden. Other fees, if applicable include : COI (Certificate of Insurance) $50 Reservation Deposit $50 (deducted from your total) * Reservation deposits are non-refundable and goes towards are time and effort made for arrangements. * Any damage claims must be reported within 24hrs to be deemed valid for repair or replacement. No refunds.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Worked for multiple moving companies with over 20 years of experience. Now became a master of moving.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working for so many companies, I've learned every aspect of the business. So my moving acumen is of the highest level. I seen about everything and moved just about everything. So I decided I was going to branch out and do my own work with a great team.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all sorts of customers from all different walks of life. Happy ones, sad ones, some hard to deal with. But following Jehovah, we have the patience that's definitely needed. But I have delivered amazing service to many over the years and continue to amaze.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently completed a 4 bedroom home. Full house...4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, basement, and garage. Also had a piano. As you can imagine, the job took all day, but was completed to satisfaction in a rainy day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Let's be honest, one of the main thing if not the main thing customers look for is price. I encourage all customers to look for quality as well. Do your research. Because not all low priced movers a good and not all higher priced movers are good.
