What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Moving is stressful. We will layout all possibilities to fit a budget and ensure guaranteed pricing with impeccable service. We guide our customers start to finish. Communication is our strength.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Allied Van Lines corporate and military mover for 20 years. We have handled some of the most sensitive moves including politicians, athletes, entertainers , and corporate heads. Our crews are highly trained , personally by ownership.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Grew up around the industry. Had 3 uncles as over the road drivers and I would travel in summers with them seeing the country and working very hard.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have experience in handling all types. From recently KIA military families to CEO’s to local college kids moving out .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be diligent and ask lots of questions. Unfortunately moving companies have set bad precedents. Never give a deposit and try to be flexible as possible. The best are usually busy but will try to fit you in as best as can

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Most jobs are based off hourly or by weight/distance. Do I really need this? Eliminate as much as you can bc everything adds to cost. Packing? Most movers won’t disclose items packed by owner aren’t insured for damages. Ask yourself if company packing is worth the risk.
