What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If a truck is needed we will always try to give one flat rate price, however if only labor is needed the rate is $95hr.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communicating with the client on the date, location, and time of move. How big the move is. And if there is any specialty equipment that needs to be transported.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our movers have at least 2yr experience as professional movers, and our drivers have at least 1yr experience as professional drivers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to create a moving company that puts customers first. I also wanted to make the pricing affordable and a flat rate, so everyone can get the help they need without unexpected surprises.

What types of customers have you worked with?

we've worked with many different kinds of businesses and people from liquor stores, to residential moving, to office moving. We aim to be as flexible as possible and still exceed expectations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a client move out of there 2bdrm house, we were contacted because the movers they had scheduled canceled on the same day. It was a great feeling helping them out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check reviews, and definitely see if they are an actual registered company. it always helps to look for websites/social media of that company as well.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It's always helpful for the moving company to know of any specialty furniture or equipment so they can plan accordingly.
