We are a local family owned moving company based out of Rochester NY. Whether you're moving down the street or across the country, we'll help you manage your relocation stress. All furniture is pad wrapped with thick quilted pads, fabric furniture can be shrink wrapped to protect anything from staining the fabric. We are experienced in packing high value items and we can provide any packing that is needed to make sure the items moved arrive safe. Anything that we take apart, we will put back together. We can assist with any aspect of your move. Moving household locally or long distance. Piano moves , office moves, or even just moving an appliance up or down stairs. We take pride in making a sometimes stressful process and making it smooth and efficient.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can offer hourly rates or flat rates. It really depends on the job. To give the best quotes I like to go and see what needs to be done in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It can be stressful trusting someone you don't know move your belongings. That stress usually goes away once they see the care and pride we take in doing our job well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing this type of work for over 7 years. I've been all over the country moving household items. I mostly like to stay local or on the east coast now.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked locally for a large moving company and have learned a lot along the way.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers who just want a washer and dryer brought upstairs all the way to packing and loading full households across state lines.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a job going from New York to New Jersey. The shipment went over and we had to get a second truck to make sure that everything arrived the next day. We finished loading up and drove all night to make sure that the job was done how we promised. We arrived the next day, and unload was done by 2pm safe and sound.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Every move is different. Be clear with what you would like done. Don't be afraid to ask for more help before the actual move day if you do not feel as prepared as you would like.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Communication is huge! Stairs and low ceilings can turn what should be a straight forward job into a job that may take longer. I always like to come and look at jobs myself but sometimes that isn't an option. So be clear with stairs/tight turns/truck access/bulky items.
